Position - Senior Executive / Assistant Manager Human Resources

Working days and Time Monday to Friday (9:30 am to 6:30 pm)

Its a HR Generalist role with 50% Recruitment and 50% Operations

Job Description

A. 50% recruitment

1. End to end Recruitment Cycle (Sourcing, Scheduling, Offer negotiation, Offer release)

2. Induction to new employee

3. Create Talent Pool of candidate via LinkedIn, Open Network, Campus tie-up

4. Campus interventions via guest lectures, employee branding

5. Manpower Planning and budget

6. Cost optimization on recruitment front

7. Implement employee referral policy to full extend

8. Handle social media posting for talent acquisition and Employer Branding

9. Regular MIS on Talent Acquisition

B. 50% Support activities

1. Support to Employee engagement

2. Preparation of JD, KRA, KPI and support PMS activities.

3. Constant employee interaction on latest development in the waste management Industry

4. Attend seminars and exhibitions to get more industry knowledge.

5. All other HR related tasks assigned by the management.

Budgeted CTC – upto 4 – 4.5 LPA Role & responsibilities

Preferred candidate profile

- Any Graduate with 4 to 9 years experience in Recruitment

- Hands on experience in shortlisting, Interviewing, campus hiring and CTC Preparation as per New wage code.

- Excellent MS office knowledge (MS-word and MS-Excel)

- Go getter and have social media savvy.

- Networking skills
