• Preferred Industry: Waste Water Treatment, Bio-CNG, Solid Waste Management

Job Description:

• Good experienced in the comprehensive design and implementation of anaerobic digester/biogas plants tailored to diverse waste types, Municipal solid waste, Agro waste like Napier grass, Press Mud, Distillery spent wash, sewage sludge, industrial waste, etc. Including but not limited to segregation of mixed waste, transfer station design, CSTR, UASB, and sludge separation/post-treatment technologies, Composting plants, Bio mining, RDF plants etc. and should capable of working independently to prepare design calculations, equipment sizing, steam calculation, heat calculation, energy Balance etc. and Project Cost estimation.

• Technical Discussion with vendors, techno commercial vendor evaluation. Should be capable to understand equipment / system electromechanically.

• Good hands on plant commissioning, Support to plant execution team, and should be competent to take equipment trial, operational plant visits for proper equipment / technology selection.

• Demonstrated expertise in independently conducting design calculations, equipment sizing, and project cost estimation, ensuring thorough attention to detail and adherence to industry standards.

• Skilled in facilitating technical discussions with vendors and conducting thorough techno-commercial evaluations to identify optimal solutions. Should have plant operation exposure.

• Proven track record in overseeing plant commissioning and providing valuable support to execution teams, with a hands-on approach to equipment trials for precise equipment selection and performance validation.

• Should be motivated for new product / technology development, should be aware of the market technology trends.

• To handle multiple projects at a time.
