Job Summary:

This role requires a hands-on professional with expertise in analyzing complex processes, designing innovative solutions, and ensuring seamless integration of systems across operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Process Optimization:

1. Analyze, evaluate, and improve existing processes to enhance efficiency, productivity, and quality.

2. Develop and implement process optimization strategies to reduce costs and waste.

3. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and make data-driven decisions for continuous improvement.

Systems Integration:

1. Design and integrate systems and processes to ensure seamless operation across departments.

2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align processes with organizational goals.

3. Oversee the implementation of new technologies and tools to improve operational efficiency.

Chemical Engineering Expertise:

1. Apply chemical engineering principles to troubleshoot and resolve process issues.

2. Design and develop innovative solutions for process improvements and new product development.

3. Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations related to chemical processes.

Project Management:

1. Lead and manage process improvement projects from initiation to completion.

2. Prepare technical documentation, including process flow diagrams, SOPs, and reports.

3. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.

Training and Development:

1. Mentor and train junior engineers and team members on process optimization and integration practices.

2. Promote a culture of continuous learning and innovation within the team.
