Work environment is good. We can maintain a good work life balance. Teammates are supportive. Management is sensible. Supportive to employees.

Dislikes

Politics is the worst part seen here. An employee who is less experienced are promoted and paid more while employees having better years of experience are paid less. No appraisal in a year. No better salary growth. HOD always complaint about working on weekends. I think that is for what they are given responsibility , position and salary. No medical facilities for Employees. Punctuality is valid only for juniors. Corruption is common among seniors....Read More

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
