Assistant Manager Human Resources

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Handle the recruitment and onboarding activities in the plant. Responsible to attract the right talent and ensure to fill the key positions within timelines.
• Facilitate exit process during separation.
• Manage HRMS and Payroll activities.
• Develop and implement HR policies at plant level.
• Design and execute various engagement initiatives, celebrations, welfare activities, etc.
• Ensure legal/statutory and GMP compliance and manage the finalization of agreements and AMCs.
• Prepare ADHOC MIS data as and when required.
• Support in timely execution and completion of performance appraisal cycle, coordinate with HODs to determine and review KRAs for all employees at factory level.
• Prepare and review departmental SOPs.

DESIRED SKILLS

• Should have prior knowledge and experience in recruitment and HR support role in a plant setup.
• Experience of working in a union setup.
• Experience in handling documentation and compliance in plants.
• Strong technical knowledge, review skills and problem-solving approach.
• Should have good analytical, proactive, and learning attitude.
• Good presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Excellent oral and written communication.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, demanding, timeline-driven environment.
