Job Description

Responsibilities:
We are looking for an exceptional, results-oriented individual who uniquely combines interpersonal skills to work cross-functionally within the organization.
  • Responsible for understanding and executing the workflow, processes, and business practices for partners.
  • Acts as a first point of contact for partners/channel representatives and liaison with external and internal stakeholders daily to support partner transactions.
  • Monitor and analyze partner performance, identifying opportunities for improvement and delivering actionable insights to optimize outcomes.
  • Utilize Microsoft Office tools, including Excel for data analysis and PowerPoint for creating presentations, to support business operations and decision-making.
Shift Timings- 2pm - 11pm IST

Experience
  • 1 to 3 years of relevant work experience in customer centric role
  • Experience working in an operational role, especially managing third party relationships is a plus
