We are seeking a Senior Software Development Manager who will lead a talented team of Software Development Engineers to help elevate an OCI Networking Service into modern and most secure one in the cloud environment by adding new features and scale.
You will be responsible for building and operating machanisms to:
1. High availability and maintaining a high operational posture of your service.
2. Setting the roadmap for the service by negotiating requirements and deliverables with product management, various internal and external customers.
3. Developing project development plans.
4. Own and Drive the team to deliver on availability and roadmap items
5. Engage the talent for growth and efficiency.
You will apply your knowledge of software architecture to manage software development tasks associated with developing, debugging or designing software applications, operating systems and databases according to provided design specifications. You should be able to work effectively in a collaborative and agile environment; and have a hands-on management approach.

As a manager of software engineering, you will apply your knowledge of software architecture to manage software development tasks associated with developing, debugging, designing and operating software applications, operating systems, databases and networks according to provided design specifications.
