Job Description

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Conduct meetings with COE groups for intake and prioritization. Establish and define relationships in areas without pre-existing touchpoints
  • Manage intake, requirements gathering, refinement, and prioritization for future sprints and provide demonstrations, use cases, and education
  • Analyze data to interpret trends or patterns to help formulate recommendations and options for business leaders. Make recommendations based on the actionable data analysis
  • Identify opportunities to continuously improve existing requirement, analysis and reporting processes for greater efficiencies across teams
  • Identify and oversee development of key Talent Analytics metrics (time to fill, hiring costs, etc.) and data from a variety of sources including Oracle Cloud or GSS, Taleo, OAS, DOMO, Power, VBA or Macro Automation etc.
  • Manage enhancement requests, oversee new development, address break or fix issues, and standardize and repeat any other necessary processes
  • May conduct or assist with conducting classification audits to ensure that jobs are properly classified as exempt or nonexempt
  • Ensures compliance with data privacy regulations and best practices
  • Process and Team Performance metrics reporting. Identifies and recommends reasonable short- and long-term goals, milestones, and benchmarks for key performance metrics
  • Provide training and consultation to other HR reporting staff to fulfill operational reporting needs. Facilitates implementation of new training, development, recruiting, and other related initiative
  • Responsible for delivery of Technical Asset(s) within a single team or small department. Typically supported by multiple global or geographically distributed (or global) delivery teams
  • Provides context and parameters to help others or reporting analysts. Monitors the progress of reporting analysts, and provides feedback and support as required
  • Takes accountability for operational discipline for their area by identifying possible budget issues, demand issues, non-compliance for operational standards
  • Able to lead war rooms leveraging skilled team members to triage issues
  • Able to describe the "why" for the work that they do, and initiatives involved and actively shares with team members and stakeholders
  • Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). The Company may adopt, vary or rescind these policies and directives in its absolute discretion and without any limitation (implied or otherwise) on its ability to do so

Required Qualifications:

  • Graduate or Post Graduate degree in in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Experience in a similar role/domain - Talent Acquisition/People Analytics and/or any of the HR vertical and/or Experience in a BI/Data Analytics team with exposure to Talent, Hiring, People data, PeopleSoft tables
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software, Agile methodology (Kanban)
  • Proven competent stakeholder manager, with the ability to understand the nature of a request and provide suitable responses to an individuals needs
  • Proven good research abilities, implements operational improvements that align with day-to-day business needs
  • Proven solid analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proven highly organized, with strong attention to detail, team management, Builds/maintains trusting relationships with Data Management, Domo, Corporate Systems, and other key partners to ensure dependencies alignment
  • Proven solid interpersonal skills with ability to effectively interact with various levels in the organization, including senior management and executives along with cross-geographic personnel
  • Demonstrated ability to operate effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced, results-oriented environment, and be flexible and adaptable to changing situations
