We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced People Analytics Consultant to join our team at CN Solutions
As a People Analytics Consultant, you will be responsible for analyzing and interpreting large datasets to provide valuable insights and recommendations related to employee performance, productivity, and talent management
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis, statistical modeling, and a deep understanding of human resources and talent management practices.
Qualifications And Skills
7-10 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a consulting or corporate environment
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex datasets and generate actionable insights
Proficiency in Python and SQL for data manipulation and analysis
Experience with Azure or other cloud platforms for data storage and processing
Familiarity with reporting tools and visualization platforms such as Power BI or Tableau
Knowledge of people analytics practices and principles, as well as talent management and HR processes
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information to non-technical stakeholders
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Roles And Responsibilities
Analyze and interpret large datasets to extract valuable insights related to employee performance, productivity, and talent management
Develop and maintain a comprehensive set of people analytics dashboards and reports
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including HR, to identify and address key talent-related challenges and opportunities
Design and implement statistical models and algorithms to support decision-making processes within the organization
Conduct research and stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in people analytics and talent management
Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders, including senior management, in a clear and concise manner
Provide guidance and support to HR and management in leveraging people analytics to drive strategic workforce planning and performance management
Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation within the people analytics function
