Business Operations |Specialist| Third Party| Contractual

Roles and Responsibilities:-

Business operations

• Work with supply team to carry out daily billing for the platforms.
• Coordinate with logistics team to ensure timely delivery of stock at the platform warehouses.
• Carry out reconciliation with platforms (Flipkart and Amazon)

Finance Operations

• Carry out finance reconciliation. Verify the data provided by platforms and execute CN/DN to the platforms (Amazon and Flipkart).
• Execute payments to platform against marketing, offers, etc. that we run ensuring timely payment as per terms.
• Work with audit team to process all CNs/DNs
• Execute agreements with various business partners.

Other Requirements:-

• 2 to 4 years of working experience in operations (e commerce industry) (or finance)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong analytical skills (including advanced excel and database analysis) and experience solving analytical problems.
• Highly organized and results oriented.
