We are looking for a strategic Influencer Marketing Manager to enhance OPPO's brand awareness through impactful collaborations. This role involves developing and executing influencer strategies, building key relationships, and optimizing campaign performance across social platforms. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to align influencer marketing with business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Influencer Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement a comprehensive influencer marketing strategy, including both long-term partnerships and short-term activations, to support brand objectives
- KOL Benchmarking & Performance Tracking: Establish key performance metrics and benchmarking templates to assess the effectiveness of influencer collaborations
- Influencer Identification & Onboarding: Research, evaluate, and onboard influencers who align with OPPO's brand values and target audience
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), influencer agencies, and KOL managers to drive brand affinity, cost efficiency, and seamless execution
- Campaign Planning & Execution: Oversee end-to-end execution of influencer marketing campaigns, including content planning, product placements, and promotional activities
- Content & Quality Assurance: Ensure influencers deliver high-quality, engaging, and brand-aligned content within agreed timelines
- Performance Analysis & Optimization: Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, leveraging data-driven insights to optimize future initiatives and maximize return on investment (ROI)
Qualifications: Education: MBA (Full Time)
Other Requirements:
- Proven track record in influencer marketing, with 3-10 years of experience and a portfolio of successful campaigns
- Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of social media platforms, influencer marketing trends, and digital engagement strategies
- Communication & Negotiation: Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills to foster strong influencer relationships
- Project Management: Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously, meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Analytical Skills: Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret insights and optimize campaign performance
