Job Title: Digital Media Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Media Planning and Strategy:

• Develop comprehensive media plans based on project goals and target audience insights.
• Select appropriate media channels that align with the target consumer profiles, including digital platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Hotstar, Jio Cinema, and Snapchat etc.

Media Execution:

• Implement and manage digital media campaigns from inception to completion.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies to ensure seamless execution of media plans.

Media Evaluation:

• Conduct thorough evaluations of media channels to determine their effectiveness and suitability for reaching the target audience.
• Utilize analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, DCM) to monitor and assess media performance.

Content Evaluation:

• Evaluate media content to ensure it resonates with the target audience and aligns with the brand message.
• Provide feedback and recommendations for content improvement.

Project Management:

• Manage multiple media projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and budget-compliant delivery.
• Demonstrate strong organizational skills to track project progress and collaborate with relevant stakeholders.

Reporting and Optimization:

• Prepare detailed reports on media campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
• Continuously refine media strategies based on data-driven conclusions and market trends.

Education Qualifications:

• MBA- Full Time

Other Requirements:

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in digital media management within the mobile, automotive, or consumer electronics sectors.
• Proven track record in media planning, execution, and evaluation.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing platforms and familiarity with local Indian apps like Hotstar, Jio Cinema, and Snapchat.
• Proficiency in using analytics tools to evaluate media performance.
• Excellent project management skills.
• Strong understanding of the Indian market and consumer behavior.
