Role & responsibilities

1. Offline Activity Planning & Implementation:

• Plan and execute offline user engagement activities such as product launches, exhibitions, flash mobs, and large-scale user experience events.
• Ensure seamless coordination between internal teams, external agencies, and stores for effective execution.
• Improve key metrics such as user repurchase rate, activity participation rate, and word-of-mouth engagement.

2. User Engagement & Experience:

• Drive innovative ROPO (Research Online, Purchase Offline) and BOPIS (Buy Online, Pick-up In-Store) strategies to enhance customer experience (CX).
• Manage community engagement activities to amplify content, increase word-of-mouth (WOM), and improve user satisfaction.
• Explore and implement online and offline integration models to enhance user activity designs and retail operations.

3. Retail Operations & Sales Optimization:

• Collaborate with the retail team during new product launches to maximize store sales and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Oversee consumer communication, conduct selling point verification, and gather consumer insights pre- and post-product launch.
• Identify and resolve online and offline challenges to ensure operational excellence.

4. Event Management & Execution:

• Strategize and execute offline marketing campaigns, including store launches, outdoor promotions, and loyalty programs.
• Coordinate and manage 1,000+ market promotion activities, ensuring alignment with brand standards and goals.
• Monitor and audit events to optimize results and ensure quality execution.

5.Creative Strategy & Execution:

• Develop innovative activity strategies, including planning, creativity, and offline execution, to achieve business objectives.
• Continuously refine activity designs and operation strategies to support offline stores and online platforms.

Preferred candidate profile

1. Bachelor's degree or above, graduated from advertising marketing, exhibition planning and other related majors, more than 5 years of online or offline event planning experience, love event processes, 3C, smart hardware industry experience is preferred

2. Have a certain understanding of the international and domestic 3C industry, can deeply understand the needs of users/customers/shopping guides, and pay attention to the latest gameplay of industry activities

3. Have excellent cross-departmental and cross-team collaborative communication skills, excellent project management, promotion, team building, strong cooperation and result-oriented awareness

4. Strong self-motivation, strong user-oriented spirit, and sufficient curiosity and enthusiasm for users, with comprehension and execution.
