Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Influencer Marketing Manager to lead the development and execution of our influencer marketing initiatives. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in building partnerships with influencers who align with our brand's mission and resonate with our target audience. Your knowledge and expertise in the skincare, personal care, or cosmetic care sectors will be instrumental in enhancing brand visibility and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities :
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement a results-oriented influencer marketing strategy that aligns with the brand's overarching objectives and marketing goals.
- Influencer Recruitment: Identify and connect with influencers on platforms such as Instagram and YouTube who share our brand values and appeal to our core audience.
- Campaign Oversight: Plan, coordinate, and manage influencer campaigns, ensuring they achieve desired KPIs while adhering to budget limitations.
- Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with influencers, agencies, and other collaborators to foster loyalty and ongoing partnerships.
- Content Development: Collaborate with influencers to create authentic, engaging content that effectively showcases our products and aligns with their personal brand and audience preferences.
- Performance Analysis: Track campaign performance, analyze key data points, and produce actionable insights to refine future campaigns. Regularly report on metrics and ROI.
- Trend Monitoring: Keep abreast of emerging trends, new platforms, and competitor activities to maintain an innovative and competitive influencer marketing approach.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a similar field.
- 6-10 years of hands-on experience in influencer marketing, with a preference for candidates from the skincare, personal care, or cosmetic care industries.
- Demonstrated success in running impactful influencer campaigns and a strong network of industry contacts.
- In-depth knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing trends.
- Exceptional skills in communication, negotiation, and relationship management.
- Proven ability to handle multiple projects independently in a fast-paced environment.
- A creative mindset with a passion for the beauty, skincare, and wellness industry.
