Job Description
- Plan and book domestic and international travel arrangements for employees.
- Obtain visas and other necessary travel documents.
- Manage travel itineraries and provide timely updates.
- Handle expense reimbursements and travel reconciliations.
- Negotiate with travel vendors to secure the best rates and services.
- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in an administrative or travel coordination role.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Knowledge of travel management tools and software.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work outside of regular business hours, as needed.
- 3+ years exp in international travel bookings.
- Knowledge of visa and immigration regulations.
- Available in US Timezone [ you can work from Home if working in Night]
- Excellent Communication Skills
