Job Description:

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Manager - Doctor Acquisition to join our dynamic team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will be responsible for acquiring new doctors and medical professionals, establishing long-term relationships, and driving growth in the healthcare sector. The role demands strong sales and relationship management skills, with the ability to understand the unique needs of doctors and medical practitioners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Doctor Acquisition & Relationship Building: Identify, prospect, and acquire new doctors, medical professionals, and healthcare facilities for partnerships. Develop strong, long-lasting relationships with key medical practitioners.
  • Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective strategies to target potential doctors in the region. Customize pitches and solutions to meet the needs of different medical specialties.
  • Lead Generation & Conversion: Generate high-quality leads, conduct product presentations, and convert leads into long-term partnerships. Engage with doctors through multiple channels including phone calls, emails, and face-to-face meetings.
  • Market Research & Competitor Analysis: Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, monitor industry trends, and assess competitor activities. Utilize this information to adapt and refine sales strategies.
  • Negotiation & Deal Closure: Lead negotiations and close deals with doctors and medical institutions. Ensure that terms and agreements are beneficial for both parties.
  • Collaboration with Internal Teams: Work closely with the marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure the delivery of solutions that meet the doctors' needs. Ensure smooth onboarding and continuous support for doctors.
  • Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, meetings, and outcomes in the CRM system. Provide regular sales reports and performance analysis to management.
  • Customer Support & Retention: Offer ongoing support to acquired doctors, addressing their concerns and ensuring satisfaction. Act as the main point of contact for post-sales queries and issues.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Healthcare, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
  • 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the healthcare sector or related industries.
  • Proven experience in acquiring doctors and building relationships with healthcare professionals.
  • Strong understanding of the healthcare industry and the needs of medical practitioners.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Strong CRM knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to multitask, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks.
  • Immediate joiners or candidates who can join within 30 days are preferred.
