OnActive - Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant - SFMC/ET (3-5 yrs)

Job Description :

We are looking for a skilled SFMC to develop, implement, and manage our marketing automation strategies using Salesforce Marketing Cloud. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SFMC, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with our marketing and sales teams.

Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and deploy marketing automation campaigns using SFMC

- Manage and optimize email, mobile, and web journeys

- Develop and maintain data extensions, attributes, and filters

- Implement and manage SFMC integrations with other systems (e.g., CRM, ERP)

- Analyze campaign performance and provide data-driven insights

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing strategies

- Stay up-to-date with SFMC releases and new features

- Participate in campaign brainstorming and planning sessions

Requirements :

- 3+ years of SFMC experience

- Strong proficiency in SFMC tools (e.g., Email Studio, Mobile Studio, Journey Builder)

- Experience with SFMC data management and segmentation

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

- Strong understanding of marketing automation principles

- Experience with Salesforce CRM (or willingness to learn)

- SFMC certification (or willingness to obtain)
