Working Hours: 9:45 AM to 6:15 PM Work Days: Monday to Friday (2nd & 4th Saturdays off)
Key Responsibilities:
Understand client requirements and recommend suitable automation products.
Drive sales operations and expand market reach across Pan India.
Identify new business opportunities through lead generation and client acquisition.
Conduct product demonstrations, prepare proposals, and negotiate pricing. Meet and exceed assigned sales targets through strategic planning and execution.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
Maintain accurate sales records and reports to track progress and performance.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Minimum 2+ years of experience in sales.
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a target-driven environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
Willingness to travel for field sales as required.
Candidate should have from IT background.
Preferring females only, Candidate must have good English Communication skills written as well as verbal
Experience of 1 to 2 years in Tele Calling.
