Position Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Field Marketing Executive to join our retail laundry business. This role will focus on driving local brand awareness, customer engagement, and increasing foot traffic to our retail locations through on-the-ground marketing efforts. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience in field marketing and a strong passion for customer relations and local marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

• Local Marketing & Promotions:
  Plan and execute local marketing campaigns, promotions, and special events to drive customer acquisition and retention for the laundry services.
• Brand Awareness:
  Increase brand visibility in key local markets through targeted grassroots marketing strategies, including flyers, posters, and digital channels.
• Customer Engagement:
  Foster relationships with existing and potential customers by providing personalized service, educating them on new offerings, and ensuring a positive experience.
• Market Research:
  Collect insights on local customer needs, competitor activities, and market trends. Share valuable feedback with the marketing team to help fine-tune marketing strategies.
• Event Management:
  Organize and participate in community events, local pop-ups, partnerships, and sponsorships to enhance brand recognition and customer loyalty.
• Sales & Lead Generation:
  Collaborate with the sales team to generate leads, drive conversions, and upsell services.
• Reporting & Analytics:
  Track the effectiveness of field marketing efforts, report on customer feedback, and evaluate the success of campaigns.
• Brand Representation:
  Represent the brand with professionalism at all events, promotions, and customer touchpoints.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in field marketing, preferably in retail, services, or a similar customer-facing role.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to execute marketing campaigns and events with a hands-on approach.
• Creative thinking with an understanding of local market trends.
• Proficiency in using basic marketing tools and social media platforms.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
• A drivers license and reliable transportation may be required.
