Role & responsibilities

• Quality Assurance Procedures: Develop and implement quality assurance procedures for contact
• discovery processes. Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and benchmarks to measure the
• accuracy and completeness of contact data. Data Verification: Conduct thorough verification checks on contact information obtained from
• different sources, including online databases, public records, and third-party vendors. Ensure that all
• data entries meet quality standards and regulatory requirements.
• Data Validation: Validate contact details such as names, email addresses, phone numbers, and job
• titles to ensure accuracy and consistency. Utilize validation tools and techniques to identify and
• correct errors or discrepancies.
• Database Maintenance: Regularly review and update contact records in the database to reflect
• changes such as job transitions, company mergers, or contact preferences. Keep abreast of industry
• developments and best practices in contact management.

Preferred candidate profile

• Excellent command on English (compulsory)
• Diploma Holders /Undergraduates/Graduates in any stream
• Graduate freshers with no experience are welcome only with good communication in English
• Willing to work from the office
• Willing to work in Night shifts and Self travel
• Self-motivated and target oriented.
