Dayshift CHAT/VOICE Process

Position: E-Commerce CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Location: Andheri East, Chandivali

Process: Domestic Inbound Voice Process

Education: HSC+6 month BPO Exp.

Age limit: 20 to 39 years

Experience: Both Fresher and Experienced.

Shift timing: From 6:00 am to 01:00 Am any 9 hr. Rotational Shift, 6 Days Working and 1 Rotational week off

Salary: Between 16.4k to 18k in hand + Performance Incentives.

Responsibility:

- Handling and resolving general enquiries of customers.

- Handling complaints etc.

Key Skills:

~ Good communication skills English

~ Good knowledge of computer.

~Ready to work in Voice Process.
