About Us:

We are expanding our design team and are seeking a talented Graphic Designer to join our Pune office. This role involves close collaboration with senior designers and the Head of Marketing to produce high-quality designs for various projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design Development: Collaborate with senior designers and Head of Marketing to develop and execute designs for a range of projects, including photo editing, menu editing, product packaging, promotional materials, corporate presentations, and digital content.
  
• Graphic Creation: Create visually appealing graphics for social media, websites, advertisements, brochures, and other marketing materials.
  
• Branding Materials: Assist in the development and maintenance of branding materials, ensuring consistency across all platforms.
  
  
• Trend Awareness: Stay updated with the latest design and social media trends to incorporate fresh ideas into projects.
  
  
• Project Management: Thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high standards of quality and attention to detail.

Requirements:

• Design Skills: Strong understanding of design principles, layout, typography, and color theory.

• Software Proficiency:
• PPT: MS-Office
• Design: Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator
• Photo Editing: Adobe Lightroom
• Basic Video Editing: Adobe After Effects

• Communication: Good communication skills, both verbal and written.

• Creativity: Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail.

• Format Familiarity: Familiarity with digital and print formats and artwork preparation.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelors degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
• Experience: Previous experience in graphic design, preferably in the hospitality or F&B industry.
• Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects and creative work.
