Job Description - Lead Generation Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-depth market research to identify potential clients, business opportunities, and key decision-makers within the target industry.
• Leverage B2B knowledge to develop strategies for identifying and targeting leads through various channels.
• Engage in cold calling and emailing to initiate meaningful conversations with potential clients.
• Qualify leads based on predefined criteria to ensure alignment with the companys objectives.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to nurture leads and convert them into business opportunities.
• Maintain accurate records of lead generation activities and outcomes in the CRM system.
• Stay updated with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to refine lead-generation strategies.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience in market research, B2B sales, or a similar role.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders.
• Experience in managing leads with a proven ability to achieve high conversion rates.  
• Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in using CRM tools and other lead generation platforms.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
