Digital Asset Manager

General Description:

The Asset Manager is a resourceful problem solver, tasked with supporting the Global Deployment Team as it relates to asset delivery and management.

The AMs day-to-day will include the ongoing asset metadata capture, delivery of assets and source files to clients Digital Asset Management (DAM) portal along with ongoing usage rights updates to OMC-created materials.  

A successful AM will exhibit a strong attention to detail, comfort working with large quantities of data, and seamless communication across various teams and stakeholders.  

Roles and Responsibilities:

Primary Role 

• Supports Global Deployment Supervisor with collecting final master content and all materials related to the delivery of a final campaign to the client DAM, including usage rights details, and preparing those materials for accurate cataloguing and upload
• Uploads/delivers new campaign assets & metadata to client DAM team, well as manages all existing DAM asset metadata update requests
• Reviews and scrubs metadata and master materials prior to delivery to ensure accuracy and correct naming conventions
• Updates both Historic & Active Campaign Asset Trackers in Smartsheet
• Troubleshoots any user issues on Client's DAM
• Support team with ongoing asset requests
• Pull campaign delivery data for monthly or quarterly reporting to Clients

Skills/Qualifications:

Should be proficient in;

• Smartsheet
• Microsoft Excel: Pivot Table, Basic Formulas (IF/VLOOKUP/INDEX)
• Familiar and comfortable with Adobe Photoshop & InDesign,YouTube Analytics, Adobe Marketing Cloud, Microsoft Sharepoint, Microsoft Teams, Google Docs/Smartsheet
