Role Description

Capgeminis Connected Marketing Operations team delivers frictionless, digitally augmented, data-driven marketing services that drives a more agile connections and seamless experience with customers. Our next-generation digital marketing solutions leverage innovative marketing technologies to enrich brands digital strategy with relevant insights and data, maximize campaign and channel reach, and drive operational excellence and efficiency across the marketing organization.

We are seeking for a highly motivated supervisor for Product information management for a key Consumer Package Goods external client. This position will lead a large team of product data specialists and martech operators across multiple geographies. Responsible for the flawless execution of project deliverables and establish standards across all geos. The ideal candidate will have proven & in-depth experience in consumer package goods, package design, digital asset management, Product Information and eCommerce data.


Role Overview:

You will be the single point of contact for the client in terms of meeting targets and deadlines for the KPIs and SLAs are met according to contract and client expectations and maintaining a high quality of service.


Key Responsibilities / Accountabilities:

  • Oversee timelines, resources, and deliverables for product data updates and maintenance
  • Act as the main point of contact for task coordination, resolving roadblocks, and communicating project status to all stakeholders.
  • Conduct post-launch analysis to identify successes and areas for improvement in the project management process.
  • Client management:
  • Fostering deep relationships and ensuring alignment with their project goals
  • Develop strategies to enhance client satisfaction and retention
  • Respond to client requests in non-standard situations, investigating all the possibilities for a solution
  • Team Development:
  • Mentor and coach a high-performing client services team
  • Foster a culture of growth, collaboration, accountability within the department, as well as professional development among team members
  • Encourage innovative thinking and solutions across all levels of the team
  • Operational Excellence: Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of managing capacity of resources, timelines, and budgets efficiently to deliver high-quality outcomes on time
  • Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with the department leads, Artwork Management, analytics & data to ensure a unified approach to client service
  • Metrics & Reporting: Regularly monitor and report on the success of innovation projects providing insights and recommendations for ongoing improvements
  • Financial Management: Oversee budgets, projections, and account performance, ensuring profitability while meeting or exceeding client expectations
  • Identify and deliver transformation ideas that will provide growth or productivity opportunities
  • Escalate issues to director of client services that arise from work stream related activities

Qualifications (Education/Experience/Certification):

  • MBA preferred, Bachelors degree in marketing, advertising, communications, or related field
  • 8 + years experience in marketing technology or digital asset management, MarTech operations management, senior stakeholder engagement
  • 8+ years of client services experience, within an advertising agency
  • 5+ years working in with Consumer Packaged Goods brands
  • 5+ years of experience in project management required, with a demonstrated track record of successful delivery of increasingly complex programs. Proven experience in global program management leadership roles is strongly preferred.
  • Experience managing direct reports, 3+ years of strong leadership and mentoring abilities, with experience in developing and growing talent
  • Strong experience in using the Microsoft Office suite with strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
