Job Description
Overview
Our client stands out as a premier and rapidly advancing Finance Firm in India and GCC markets looking to hire a highly skilled and detail-oriented Asset Manager to oversee and manage real estate assets, based in BKC Mumbai.
This position is responsible for will be responsible for developing and implementing asset management strategies, reviewing and analyzing Sales MIS, monitoring project progress, and engaging with stakeholders to drive asset performance.
Responsibilities:
Asset Management:
- Develop and implement asset management strategies to maximize the
value and performance of the real estate portfolio.
Sales MIS Review Reporting:
- Regularly review Sales MIS reports , ensuring accuracy and completeness of data.
- Analyze sales trends, variances, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to provide actionable insights.
- Ensure timely submission of MIS by the respective teams and escalate
delays/issues as necessary.
- Develop detailed reports for Director highlighting asset performance, risks, and opportunities.
Project Monitoring:
- Review with supporting documents and approve day to day expenses (As provided by the management related to other then construction and approval cost)
- Conduct site visits to assess project progress and compliance with plans.
- Liaise with Technical team to update the technical part of the report
Financial Management:
- Review financial reports , including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
- Conduct regular financial analysis , including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
Must Have
- CA qualified
- Advanced Excel skills
- Experience in managing commercial and residential real estate portfolios
- Strong command over real estate management software
