Job Title: Business Strategy Manager Real Estate

Overview:

The Business Strategy Manager will manage financial performance and project execution within the real estate sector. This role focuses on P&L, cash flow, strategic planning, and ensuring project success through effective collaboration with internal teams and external partners.

Key Responsibilities:

• P&L & Profitability: Oversee P&L, optimize revenue, control costs, and provide financial reports.
• Cash Flow: Track and forecast cash flow, manage receivables/payables, and support financial planning.
• Strategic Planning: Align financial strategies with business goals, optimize capital allocation, and mitigate risks.
• Project Management: Plan project lifecycles, track variances, ensure timely completion within budget, and manage FSI utilization.
• Team Leadership: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, mentor staff, and lead review meetings.
• Risk Management: Assess and resolve project risks, ensuring quality and safety at all stages.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelors in Finance, Business, or Accounting (MBA preferred).
• Experience: 2-4 years in finance or business strategy, focusing on real estate.
• Skills: Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
