Finance Intern

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Finance Intern to join our Finance team in the dynamic and fast-paced real estate industry. As an intern, you will gain valuable hands-on experience in various aspects of real estate finance, including financial analysis, reporting, budgeting, and investment analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Analysis: Assist in analyzing financial data for real estate projects, including cash flow analysis, investment returns, and profitability assessments.
• Budgeting & Forecasting: Support in preparing and maintaining financial forecasts and budgets for real estate developments and operations.
• Reporting: Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for stakeholders, summarizing key metrics, and highlighting financial performance.
• Market Research: Conduct market research and industry trend analysis to support decision-making in acquisitions, leasing, and other real estate activities.
• Investment Analysis: Assist with the financial evaluation of potential real estate investments, including property valuations, due diligence, and ROI calculations.
• Financial Modeling: Build and update financial models to assess project viability, financing needs, and return on investment.
• Administrative Support: Help the finance team with general administrative tasks, including organizing files, preparing presentations, and handling correspondence related to financial matters.
