What you'll do
- Work with financial software or ERP systems to enhance efficiency and accuracy in data management
- Assist with tax-related tasks and ensure compliance with local regulations, gaining exposure to essential finance functions
- Process invoices, maintain accurate financial records, and reconcile accounts to ensure data integrity
- Support the preparation and monitoring of budgets, ensuring alignment with project goals and organizational priorities
- Compile financial data and generate reports on project expenditures, profitability, and performance for stakeholders
- Ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements in all financial processes
- Manage vendor payments, address queries, and ensure timely resolution of financial discrepancies
- Assist with payroll calculations, employee reimbursements, and related documentation
