Job Description:

As an Operations Intern at RIMIB, you will assist in managing and streamlining various operational tasks, ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning. You will work closely with our operations team to learn about different aspects of the business and support the team in executing key projects.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• 1. Product and Offer Management:
• ◦ Assist in uploading offers, products, and ads via the admin dashboard.
• ◦ Help maintain the offer expiry sheet, ensuring all dates and details are accurately recorded and updated.
• ◦ Support the creation and updating of new process flows for the creation and uploading of offers and products.
• 2. Team Coordination:
• ◦ Collaborate with the team to ensure a smooth transition of tasks and responsibilities.
• ◦ Assist in the research and collection of product and offer information from the internet.
• ◦ Work closely with other departments, such as design and development, to ensure seamless coordination and avoid misunderstandings.
• 3. Data Management:
• ◦ Maintain and update various operational sheets, such as the current status sheet for clients, to keep the team informed of ongoing work.
• ◦ Ensure that all documentation is organized, up-to-date, and easily accessible to relevant team members.
• 4. Process Improvement:
• ◦ Assist in identifying any inefficiencies in current processes and suggest improvements.
• ◦ Support the development and implementation of new operational procedures under the guidance of senior team members.
• 5. Communication:
• ◦ Coordinate with internal team members and external stakeholders to facilitate effective communication and workflow.
• ◦ Assist in setting up and managing communication tools like the Dialpad app to streamline team interactions.
• 6. Problem-Solving:
• ◦ Assist in troubleshooting any operational issues that arise, particularly those related to coordination with other teams and use of technology such as WVDs.
• ◦ Work proactively to ensure any issues are resolved promptly and effectively.

Qualifications:

• • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
• • Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
• • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with collaboration tools like Google Workspace.
• • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• • Eagerness to learn and take on new challenges.
• • Basic knowledge of digital marketing and product management is a plus.
