Senior Ui Ux Designer

Job Summary:
As a UI/UX Designer at ProSofos Inc., you will play a critical role in transforming complex ideas into accessible, intuitive interfaces. You will work closely with our product, development, and marketing teams to create seamless user experiences that align with our brand and fulfill business objectives. Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and define user goals.
• Design intuitive, visually compelling user interfaces that enhance the overall user experience.
• Conduct user research, including user interviews, usability testing, and A/B testing, to gather insights and iterate designs.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows that communicate design ideas effectively.
• Apply best practices in UX research and testing, balancing aesthetics with usability.
• Optimize designs for both web and mobile applications, ensuring a responsive experience across all devices.
• Contribute to and maintain a design system, ensuring brand consistency across all digital assets.
• Stay current with industry trends and competitor products, bringing new ideas and innovations to the team.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Bachelors degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, HCI, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role, with a portfolio showcasing strong design skills and user-centered projects.
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
• Strong understanding of front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
• Familiarity with design systems and UI component libraries.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with user research and usability testing.
• Knowledge of accessibility standards and design principles.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and experience working within cross-functional teams.
