Job Description

• Plumbing Compliance: Manage coordination with consultants, licensed contractors, and MCGM for CC and OC approvals.
• Electrical Compliance: Liaison with consultants, electrical inspectors, and licensed contractors to ensure compliance with power supply companies and related requirements.
• CFO Compliance for MEP: Coordinate with site and head office teams to manage pre- and post-CFO compliance activities.
• Preconstruction Infrastructure Setup: Oversee site setup, internal water mains, sewerage, stormwater drainage diversions, water connections, and electrical service removals.
• Infrastructure Execution Review: Ensure plumbing, electrical, and fire-fighting systems adhere to authority remarks and compliance standards.
• Gas Supply Coordination: Liaison with Mahanagar Gas Ltd. for PNG connections in high-rise buildings.
• Lift License Coordination: Manage coordination with PWD for lift licenses in high-rise buildings.
• Regulatory Approvals Management: Handle approvals, resubmissions, and rejections with relevant authorities.
• Design Input & Planning: Provide feedback on project designs during planning stages.
• Engineering Support: Assist in engineering support for design and development of capital projects, including obtaining necessary permits.
• Technical Design Review: Conduct technical reviews of designs and schemes for infrastructure projects.
• Ward Compliance Management: Handle permissions related to PCO, SWM, dewatering, hoarding, carriageway, and beautification.
• Street Connection Execution: Coordinate with MCGM licensed contractors for street connection projects.
• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Statutory & Technical Support: Assist in MEP-related technical analysis and decision-making, supporting the Project Head.
• Consultant Shortlisting: Aid in the selection and appointment of consultants for environmental and technical due diligence.
• Project Kick-off & Coordination: Participate in project meetings with consultants, ensuring clarity on project scope and timelines.
• Water & Power Approvals: Provide inputs in technical meetings with authorities for water and power approvals across projects.
• MOEF Documentation: Oversee document submission for MOEF approvals, conducting weekly reviews and follow-ups with consultants.
• Environmental Compliance: Attend SPCB, SEAC, and SEIAA meetings for EC and ensure compliance during site visits.

Desired Candidate:

• Experience: 10+ years in liaisoning, execution, coordination, and project management.
• Government Liaisoning: Proven ability to manage front-office liaisoning with government authorities in Mumbai.
• Project Compliance: Skilled in handling pre-construction, CC, OC, and CFO-related compliance for both residential and commercial projects.
• Contractor Management: Experienced in dealing with contract staff and subcontractors.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities.
