Project Engineer (Warehouse industry)

Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Project Engineer to manage and oversee construction projects.

Responsibilities:

• Define project scope, deliverables, and pre-planning tasks (cost estimates, BOQs, billing).
• Manage day-to-day civil work and ensure compliance with building and safety codes.
• Lead 3 warehouse projects (min. 2.5 Lakh sqft each) from start to finish.
• Obtain permits, draft budgets, and manage costs to meet the project budget.
• Oversee contracts, subcontracts, schedules, and progress updates.
• Coordinate with architects, designers, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers.

Requirements:

• Expertise in reading blueprints and drawings.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD.
• Strong knowledge of construction, engineering, and architecture.
• Ability to negotiate, schedule, and manage contracts.
• 12+ years in construction project management.
• Industry experience: Construction, Mining, Core Mining, Mineral Mining.
