Project Manager Civil

Key Responsibilities:

1) Develop comprehensive project plans, including resources, timelines, and budgets.

2) Oversee all phases of the river bank protection projects, from initiation to completion.

3) Lead and manage the project team, including engineers, site supervisors, and support staff.

4) Allocate tasks and monitor progress to ensure timely completion of project milestones.

5) Prepare and manage project budgets, ensuring cost efficiency and adherence to financial plans.

6) Conduct regular site inspections and audits to maintain quality control and identify areas for improvement.

7) Communicate project status to senior management, clients, and government officials through regular updates and meetings.

Qualifications and Skills:

1) Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or a related field (Masters degree preferred).

2) Minimum of 10-15 years of experience in project management, specifically in river bank protection or similar infrastructure projects.

3) Prior experience in handling large-scale river bank protection projects.

4) Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.

5) Familiarity with local languages and cultural understanding of the region is an advantage.

6) Willingness to relocate to Hojai, Assam, for the project duration.
