As a Luxury Retail Sales Advisor, you will be the face of our brand, ensuring every client interaction reflects our commitment to quality and sophistication. You will play a vital role in understanding customer needs, showcasing our exclusive products, and building long-term relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide personalized assistance and guidance to clients, ensuring a seamless shopping experience.
• Demonstrate expert knowledge of our product range, including luxury home décor and styling tips.
• Achieve sales targets by utilizing consultative selling techniques and fostering strong customer relationships.
• Maintain the visual merchandising and overall presentation of the store in line with brand standards.
• Represent the brand with impeccable grooming, etiquette, and professionalism.
• Build a client book through proactive follow-ups and relationship management.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve concerns in a prompt and courteous manner.

Mandatory Requirements:

• Retail Experience: Minimum [3-6] years of experience in luxury retail, preferably in home furnishing, styling, or interior design.
• Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal communication skills with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
• Sales Expertise: Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals.
• Well-Groomed & Professional: Presentable and polished appearance aligned with luxury brand standards.
