Basically CM & GC just hire people for 5-6 months , they are not looking at employees , they are looking at puppets for organization. So called head HR Saba is clueless , just trying to save her job that's it. The Retail Head / CEO have no say in front of CM . CM trusts junior level employees for the feedback , who in return justgive negative feedback , just to impress the owners. ALL in all stupid work place with no proper system at all.
