Salesforce Quality Assurance Engineer - Sales & Service Cloud (4-6 yrs)

About the Role :

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Salesforce QA to join our team. In this role, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and reliability of Salesforce implementations within our organization. You will work closely with development teams and business stakeholders to design, execute, and maintain comprehensive testing strategies for Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.

Responsibilities :

- Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts for Salesforce implementations.

- Perform manual and automated testing, including functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing.

- Identify, log, and track defects using a defect tracking system (e.g., Jira).

- Collaborate with developers and business users to resolve identified issues.

- Participate in Agile Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and sprint reviews.

- Contribute to the improvement of testing processes and methodologies.

- Maintain a strong understanding of Salesforce best practices and industry standards.

- Stay updated on the latest Salesforce releases and features.

Required Skills :

- 4+ years of experience in Salesforce QA.

- Strong experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.

- Proficient in Agile Scrum methodology.

- Proven experience as IT Quality Assurance for small to large projects.

- Experience in developing test strategies and managing defects.

- At least 1 Salesforce certification required (e.g., Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder, Salesforce Certified Administrator).

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
