Quality Assurance Engineer - Salesforce Testing (5-8 yrs)

Job Title : Salesforce QA (Health Cloud).

Location : Hyderabad.

Experience : 5+ years.

Notice Period : Immediate to 2 weeks.

NOTE : It is a CONTRACT of min 6 months with a possible extension.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Test Planning and Strategy :

- Develop comprehensive test plans, strategies, and test cases to ensure the quality of Salesforce Health Cloud implementations.

- Collaborate with business analysts and developers to understand functional and non-functional requirements.

2. Test Execution :

- Execute test cases using manual and automated testing techniques.

- Utilize Selenium automation framework to create and maintain automated test scripts.

- Conduct thorough functional, regression, integration, and system testing.

- Identify and report defects, track issues to closure, and retest fixes.

3. Test Data Management :

- Prepare and manage test data to ensure accurate and reliable testing.

- Create and maintain test data sets for various test scenarios.

4. Defect Tracking and Reporting :

- Use defect tracking tools to log, track, and prioritize defects.

- Provide clear and concise defect reports with detailed steps to reproduce issues.

- Collaborate with development teams to resolve defects efficiently.

5. Performance Testing :

- Conduct performance testing to identify and resolve performance bottlenecks.

- Analyze performance metrics and provide recommendations for optimization.

6. UAT Support :

- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by providing guidance and troubleshooting assistance to end-users.

- Address UAT-related issues and ensure a smooth transition to production.

Required Skills and Experience :

- 5+ years of experience in Salesforce Health Cloud testing.

- Strong understanding of Salesforce Health Cloud configuration and customization.

- Proficiency in manual and automated testing techniques.

- Experience in Selenium automation framework for test script development and execution.

- Knowledge of software development life cycle (SDLC) and testing methodologies.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with Salesforce Lightning and Salesforce DX.

- Knowledge of Salesforce testing tools like Salesforce Test Bench and Selenium.

- Experience with API testing and integration testing.
