ServiceNow Lead - Implementation & Integration (8-12 yrs)

This is a full-time remote role for a ServiceNow Lead at Oloop Technology Solutions.

The ServiceNow Lead will be responsible for leading ServiceNow implementation projects, configuring ServiceNow applications, developing technical solutions, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Experience : Min 8+.

Notice Period : Immediate to max 20 days.

Location : Hyderabad/ REMOTE.

Qualifications :

- Minimum 8+ experience in ServiceNow development and implementation.

- Proficiency in configuring ServiceNow applications.

- Knowledge of IT service management processes and best practices.

- Experience with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and REST/SOAP integrations.

- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

- ServiceNow certification is a plus.

Responsibilities :

- Lead ServiceNow implementation projects from inception to completion.

- Configure ServiceNow applications to meet business requirements.

- Develop custom workflows, scripts, and integrations.

- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to ServiceNow.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
