Executive Steward

Key Responsibilities:

• Executive Area Maintenance:
  
• Ensure cleanliness, organisation, and aesthetic appeal in executive offices, conference rooms, and other leadership spaces.
• Replenish supplies and amenities as needed.
• Proactively address maintenance or repair needs.
• Event Support:
  
• Prepare meeting rooms for events, ensuring proper setup, catering, and technology arrangements.
• Provide discreet support during meetings, including refreshments.
• Handle post-event cleanup and breakdown efficiently.
• Inventory and Supply Management:
  
• Maintain an accurate inventory of office supplies, food and beverage items, and other resources for executive areas.
• Place orders and coordinate deliveries to ensure smooth operations.
• Coordinate with vendors as necessary.
• Leadership Liaison:
  
• Build positive relationships with the leadership team, anticipating their needs and preferences.
• Respond promptly to requests and provide proactive updates.
• Maintain strict confidentiality and professionalism.

Qualifications:

• 3-4 years of experience in a hospitality, facilities management, or related role.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Commitment to excellent service.
• Professional demeanor with excellent communication skills.
• Flexibility in operations and timings of work.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in a corporate or executive setting.
• Experience as a steward in renowned hospitality brands like Oberoi, Taj, ITC Hotels, etc.
• Basic facilities maintenance knowledge.
• Experience in coordinating catering or event setups.
