Responsibilities:
Analyze HR data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to improve HR initiatives
Support data-driven decision-making by preparing reports and visual presentations for senior leadership, showcasing insights on employee engagement, recruitment efficiency, and overall HR performance.
Act as a Business Analyst for HR system development, documenting requirements, facilitating communication with developers, and overseeing implementation.
Drive process automation by identifying repetitive HR tasks and implementing efficient and scalable solutions.
Design and implement dashboards and reporting systems to visualize HR metrics and KPIs.
Collaborate with the HR team to provide data-driven recommendations for enhancing employee engagement and improving recruitment strategies.
Required Skills Experience:
Bachelors or masters degree in business /management or a related field.
Proven experience working with HR data, including Talent Acquisition, employee engagement, and related metrics. Knowledge of HRIS and ATS is an advantage.
Appreciation for technology, especially understanding of database management and basic scripting, is essential for effective communication with IT teams and oversight of HR system enhancements.
Proficient in performing basic data analysis with Excel and simple statistical tools to identify trends and the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights
Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills .
Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate with HR teams and stakeholders.
