ERP Implementation Specialists

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as an ERP Technical Consultant. This role requires 3 to 4 years of experience in ERP implementation and customization, with a preference for experience in Zoho applications. The position is based in Hyderabad, Telangana, India, and is full-time, offering a competitive salary.

Qualifications And Skills

• 3 to 4 years of experience working with ERP systems.
• Strong knowledge of ERP modules, particularly CRM, Projects, Accounting, HR, and Inventory
• Proficiency in configuring, customizing, and automating ERP systems
• Preferred experience with Zoho applications (e.g., Zoho CRM, Zoho Projects, Zoho Books, Zoho People, Zoho Inventory)
• Experience with ERP integrations and API usage
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Preferably Hyderabad Candidates

Roles And Responsibilities

• Implement and configure ERP modules based on business requirements, focusing on CRM, Projects, Accounting, HR, and Inventory modules, particularly in Zoho
• Provide ongoing support and maintenance for ERP systems, including Zoho applications
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify system improvements and enhancements
• Develop and implement automation workflows within the ERP system, with an emphasis on Zoho tools
• Train and support end-users on ERP functionalities, especially in CRM, Projects, Accounting, HR, and Inventory modules
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ERP and Zoho applications
• Stay up to date with ERP and Zoho updates, new features, and best practices
