Work Location: We Work, Survey No. 25, Eleven West, Baner, Pune.

Shift Timings: US Shift, 6:30 PM IST to 2:30 AM IST.

Work Setting: Work from Office, 5 Days a week.

Key Responsibilities:

• Helping the team build and maintain custom applications and integrations for the Firms Zoho CRM, which will allow our frontliners to provide excellent service to our clients.
• Demonstrating the ability to take ownership of tasks, solve complex problems, and provide positive results are key to success in this role.

Zoho Application Development:

• Customize and develop Zoho One Applications, including Zoho CRM, Zoho Creator, Zoho Desk, and other Zoho products to meet specific business requirements.
• Create custom modules, fields, workflows, and automation to optimize processes.

Zoho Integration:

• Integrate Zoho applications with third-party tools and systems as needed.
• Ensure seamless data flow between Zoho and other applications, such as marketing automation, accounting software, etc.

Maintenance and Support:

• Provide ongoing maintenance and support for Zoho applications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues, ensuring the smooth operation of Zoho systems.

Custom Scripting:

• Write custom scripts using Deluge to extend the functionality of Zoho applications.
• Develop custom functions and workflows to enhance business operations.

Reporting and Analytics:

• Create and maintain custom reports and dashboards in Zoho Analytics.
• Use data analytics to provide insights and recommendations for business improvement.

Testing and Debugging:

• Conducting testing and debugging to identify and fix issues or errors in the code. This includes unit testing, integration testing, and performance optimization.

Collaboration and Communication:

• Collaborating with designers, project managers, and other team members to understand project requirements, provide technical input, and ensure smooth integration of design and functionality.

Version Control:

• Utilizing version control systems, such as Git, to manage and track changes in code repositories. Collaborating with other developers and ensuring code consistency and version management.

Documentation:

• Documenting code, technical specifications, and project requirements. Creating clear and concise documentation to facilitate easier maintenance and future enhancements.

Requirements:

• Graduate in Computer Science, Information Technology or relevant field.
• Minimum 3 Years of work experience.
• Proven experience as a ZOHO Developer with expertise in ZOHO Creator, CRM, Analytics, Campaigns and related ZOHO One application.
• Strong proficiency in Deluge scripting language.
• Experience with API integrations and custom development in ZOHO.
• Analytical mindset and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
