Senior Interior Designer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a talented and experienced Interior Designer to join our team and lead the design and execution of retail and spa projects. The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of hands-on experience, practical knowledge of the latest materials, and strong site management capabilities. Proficiency in design tools like SketchUp, 3D software, and AutoCAD is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities:

Conceptualize and develop innovative designs for retail and spa outlets, reflecting brand identity and client requirements.

Prepare and present design concepts, layouts, and mood boards using SketchUp, 3D tools, and AutoCAD.

Stay updated on the latest materials, finishes, and design trends to incorporate them into projects.

Conduct site visits to ensure design implementation aligns with project specifications and quality standards.

Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.

Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budgets.

Provide creative solutions to design challenges and ensure a balance between aesthetics and functionality.

Qualifications and Skills:

Education: Bachelors or masters in interior designing or a related field.

Experience: 7-15 years of proven experience in designing retail and spa outlets, with practical site knowledge.

Strong expertise in SketchUp, 3D design tools, and AutoCAD is mandatory.

Solid understanding of materials, finishes, and their practical applications.

Excellent presentation and visualization skills.

Ability to manage time efficiently and handle multiple projects.

Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.
