Admin Executive / Office Administration / Night Shift - Bangalore

Role & responsibilities :

• Manage daily schedules and appointments for the executive team.
• Respond to and manage all incoming and outgoing communication, including emails, phone calls, and letters.
• Support various teams within the organization as needed.
• Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
• Manage office supplies and equipment, including ordering and restocking.
• Plan and coordinated events, meetings, and conferences.
• Take dictation and minutes and accurately enter data.
• Facility Management / House keeping Management / Transport Management - Night Shift

Qualification: Graduation

Work Exp.:5 to 10 years as Office Administration

Salary : Max Salary 45K
