Job Title: Business Development Executive - Freelancer (Upwork Specialist)
Experience: 5+ Years
Location- Remote (Work from Home),Delhi NCR, Bangalore, Chennai, Pune, Kolkata, Ahmedabad, Mumbai, Hyderabad

Responsibilities:
Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy for leveraging Upwork for securing new
business opportunities.
Stay updated with Upwork platform trends and algorithms.
Use best practices to maximize visibility and success.
Create compelling proposals as per client needs.
Submit a complete bid to an existing or prospective client, on time and within budget
Monitor and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) related to Upwork projects and
initiatives.
Prepare regular reports on business development activities, successes, and areas for
improvement.

Requirements:
Proven experience of bidding on Upwork
Should have acquired projects based on Mobile application, React Native, Laravel, MERN
Stack etc.
Should be available during night hours from Monday till Thursday (9pm - 1am) and Sunday
(Morning (8am).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Results-oriented with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
