MERN Technical Lead

We are looking for an experienced MERN Technical Lead to drive our development team, oversee project execution, and ensure high-quality software solutions for our clients.
Your Role at Nyusoft Solutions:
As a MERN Technical Lead, you will be responsible for leading and managing full-stack development projects, mentoring junior developers, and collaborating with stakeholders to build scalable and efficient web applications. You will also work closely with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and stay updated on emerging technologies like AI integration.

What Youll Be Doing:
Lead the design, development, and maintenance of scalable web applications using MERN
Stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js).
Architect, optimize, and manage databases like MySQL, PostgreSQL or MongoDB.
Deploy, monitor, and optimize applications on AWS (or other cloud platforms) for security
and scalability.
Collaborate with Project Managers, Business Analysts, and UI/UX teams to ensure seamless
software delivery.
Provide technical leadership and mentor junior developers to maintain best coding
practices.
Ensure version control and streamlined development processes using Git, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines.
Stay ahead with AI technologies and explore their integration into development solutions.
Troubleshoot complex issues and provide innovative solutions to improve system
performance.

What You Bring to the Table:
Proven leadership experience in guiding teams and delivering high-quality projects.
Strong knowledge of cloud services (AWS preferred) for hosting and deployment.
Experience in database optimization and performance tuning for MongoDB, MySQL,
PostgreSQL.
Expertise in Git, Docker, and working with CI/CD pipelines for efficient development
workflows.
Strong problem-solving and client communication skills.Bonus Points If You Have:
Experience with AI/ML integrations in web applications.
Familiarity with unit testing and test-driven development (TDD).
Experience with serverless architecture (AWS Lambda, Firebase, etc.).
