Title: Tele Caller/Front Desk Executive
Reports to: Team Lead/Manager
Location: Khar, Bandra West, W, Mumbai, Maharashtra .
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Tele Caller/Front Desk Executive to join our Real Estate team. As the first point of contact for clients and visitors, you will provide exceptional customer service, handle inquiries, and generate leads.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Handle Incoming Calls: Respond to client inquiries, provide information on properties, and address concerns.
2. Generate Leads: Make outbound calls to potential clients, promote properties, and schedule meetings.
3. Front Desk Management: Manage the front desk, greet visitors, and ensure a welcoming atmosphere.
4. Data Entry: Update client information, maintain records, and perform data entry tasks.
5. Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, resolve issues, and ensure client satisfaction.
6. Co-ordination with Teams: Work closely with sales, marketing, and other teams to achieve business objectives.
Requirements:
1. Education: Bachelor's degree in any field ( Commerce and Hospitality is preferred )
2. Experience: 3-6 years of experience in customer service, sales, or a related field.
3. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
4. Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
5. Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office, CRM software, and other relevant tools.
Preferred Qualifications:
1. Real Estate Knowledge: Familiarity with the real estate industry and local market trends.
2. Sales Experience: Experience in sales or business development.
