Timely salary,bonous. Also they paid balance paid leaves and comp off to employees.

Dislikes

Politics in management. Site Employees are harassed and mentally disturbed due to HOD's harassment/pressure and then quit the job. No of site level hod's taking contractor side and torcher/pressurize employees regarding work front,speed of work. Casual approach towards site safety, labours safety. No on take responsibility. Only says this is not in my scope. Never give any decision on actual site location by HOD....Read More
