not really . bcoz without salary nobody will work. Pune area has major salary issues.

Dislikes

salary never on time, it will be delayed by 2/4 months. every month you need to asked for salary. Bonus and LTA, you should forget. HR confirmed that Company has Funds issue. from last 10 years, company facing funds issue. salary above 1lacs delayed by 3 months. no Saturday off, without salary, you have to go out of station , you need to invest your money to travel.

The seniors were good and guidance from them was always available.

Salary is not done on time. Senior management personnel had salary delayed by months.
